I bought a Deuce Factory 4 Link kit. Here,
I am building the forward 4 link crossmember. I wanted to make it beefy and used
2x4 inch channel, .120 wall thickness. I fabricated everything for the back half
except the 4 link brackets and suspension pieces. My original homebuilt
driveshaft loop eventually got replaced by a Alston pre-formed loop which looked
a lot better than my original rectangular shaped piece. I used 2x3 inch channel,
.120 wall thickness on the rest of the backhalf which I constructed for the
Willys, cutting and welding all the pieces together. Nothing pre-formed. I saved
myself money doing this myself.
